However, too many closed minded, holy rollers in the Midwest, so I decided to move West where people march to the beat of their own drum and no one gives a sh!t. Ex-college basketball player and still love to hoop. Super laid back and just like to see where the flow of life takes me. I am a writer. Have had one NY Times best seller, but seem to have had writers block ever since, so I teach also. If you've read my book, then you probably know who I am. If not, I'm not gonna toot my own horn and plug it. My friends say Hank Moody from "Californication" is loosely based off of my life. I'd like to think my life is as interesting as a Showtime series, but I haven't seen any checks or royalties yet. Interests: ~ Outdoors-- camping, hiking, mountain biking, etc.~ Sports-- love to play and love to watch. (basketball, baseball, football, and golf). ~ Writing & reading (good sh!t only, if it sucks I can't read it) ~ Music-- love live shows. Go to as many as possible. ~ Traveling-- I am in Jamaica at least once per year for 2 to 3 weeks. Love that island! Yeah mon!
