I am Kara. I have danced in the Portland area for about 5 years now at various clubs.

You may have seen me @ the 505 Club, Jody's bar & Grill, Dancin Bare, 205, Riverside Corral, The Acropolis, Pirates Cove, etc. [=

I like meeting, making friends with & entertaining different people & other dancers. :)

I think its fun to experience a new environment from time to time & see what other clubs are out there. But I do tend to stay at certain clubs for a while (sometimes a long while) once I am comfortable & make friends there.. Especially if the $ is decent. =]

I think that I would describe myself as the type of person that gets bored easily with certain things and likes to change my interests & looks often.

I get bored with my hair (although I always try to keep my main color blonde), I like to add different colors &/or extensions to it. Also style it different ways as well.

Same with my nails & toes.. I love to change my nail colors. Same with my clothes & dancer outfits! I love colors, especially like pinks, purples, teal, greens, blues, red, etc. I just love mostly all of the colors! & sometimes its hard for me to decide on what colors I want for certain things.. Lol.

I feel like I can relate to anyone in some way or the other. I have been through a lot in my life (most of us have)..

I wouldn't consider myself stuck up. I don't think that I am better then anyone! I think everyone has their own best features/assets. And that everyone has their own lessons to learn & are in a different place in their lives.

I am not big on drinking but when I do decide to drink a lot of people say that I am a lot of fun! ;D

I would say that I am a pretty nice & talkative person on the most part but I can have my moods at times.. (Can't we all?)

I care to much about people sometimes. But I am learning to put myself first..

I am usually a pretty honest person, not to mention reliable..

I have been known to give a customer back $ if they accidently over pay me in the private dance area. Let somebody who is drunk & accidently tips me a $20.00 bill unknowingly (thinking its a $1 or something), know their mistake. (Unless they were a rude disrespectful person, then I probably just wouldn't say anything) lol. Given a dancer back her $ if she left it on the stage previously before I followed her, or in the dressing room, etc. Even when I was hurting for $.. I believe that good comes back & would want someone to do the same for me! :)

I like to be generous to people, especially when they treat me right. It just makes me feel so good when I can put a smile on someone's face if they are having a bad day.. Or make someone happy even with the simpliest of things. =)

I would say that I have a lot of friends. I wish that I had time for them all.. I try to make as much time as I can but I barely have time for myself sometimes! :/

I am usually a very busy person. I am going to school & I love to work. (Well make $, plus entertain). I work as much as possible sometimes. I have a lot of goals to accomplish in my life & your only young once right?

My friends, & the girls that I have worked with that have come to know me & become some of my best friends have nicknamed me a few things, I think for a few reasons..

Some call me Care bear. Probably because I care & worry about things & ppl & what they think, how they are feeling, etc. And probably cuz Kara & Care (Care Bear) kinda sound similar or whatever..

Some call me Barbie. Cuz I am blonde w/ a tan, bigger boobs, colorful outfits, talkative, can be kind of an air head at times, LOL, etc. I guess?

Some call me Carry on.. Probably cuz I carry on & on in a conversation sometimes.. (Kinda like i'm doing now).. Haha! & again cuz Carry kinda sounds like Kara? Plus my middle name is Ann.. So its kind of like "Carry on" just makes sense, since I'm "Kara Ann" or something, right? :}

I have a lot to say sometimes.. But I also like to listen & get to know other ppl as well of course! I know its not all about me! (But this site is supposed to be so thats why I keep talking about myself right now). Lol!

Also I do have a crazy kind of wild side at times.

Oh I love doing pole tricks! And am always up for learning more of them.. I believe that there is always more to learn (about everything basically).

I think that there are some pretty amazing, unbelievable entertainers out there. (Some extremely flexible, some that have amazing upper body strength, some that are risk takers & that try crazy, challenging, dangerous things (or all of the above). I have witnessed certain girl's performing on stage, doing tricks & things that I could never do.. & I appreciate & absolutely admire the talent that some of these girls have! :]

Although it's not the most important thing for a dancer to know/do.. I think that pole dancing is really fun, good exercise & great entertainment for people to watch! Its definitely one of my favorite thing's to watch a dancer do so I would love to keep getting better & better at it myself.

I like & am better on certain types of poles then others. I don't really like the ones that spin to fast or that are shorter &/or fatter.. I like the long skinnier ones. Especially if you can jump off of the rack onto the pole.. But maybe thats only cuz I am used to a certain thing (type of pole). ;)

But I must be careful. Pole dancing can seriously be dangerous at times & unfortunately this job doesn't come with insurance! :/

I used to not be so cautious about pole work, until I got hurt doing it.. :[

During the middle of November, 2011.. I hurt myself when I fell from about 3 ft up (upside down on the pole, holding on with my lower legs, wearing slippery leg warmers) & landing flat on my back, bruising my sciatic nerve. =(

I am still not fully recovered. After my fall I have been a lot more careful doing anything! Especially pole dancing. The pain & discomfort that I experienced after my fall was almost unbearable for me! I am thankful that I didn't injure myself any worse then I did.. Back injuries are not something to mess around with & you never know how truly serious they are until you actually experience one for yourself. :/

But I am getting better.. Which is the good news. =)

But yeah.. That kinda explains some stuff..

**My interests change frequently. I want to do & learn so many things that I just don't have time to possibly do/learn everything that I am interested in!**

Some of my current interests include:

*Music! Listening to it. (& dancing to it obviously). I love 80's & Metal I would say the most.
*Playing bass guitar, I have a hot pink Dean Custom Zone Bass. <3
*My car. & making it the best that it can be eventually (when I have the $ to do it that is).
*Snowboarding.
*Shopping. I love to shop!! & for others too, not just for myself. (But I am trying to take a break from shopping to much for right now).. :]
*Decorating my house.
*Reading (I absolutely LOVE reading books & wish that I had more time to do so!!)
*Writing & editing. (Journaling, writing poems, songs, quotes, books, etc.)
*Astrology (I love to read & talk about it). :)
*Traveling (there are so many places to see & that I want to see!)
*Going to Concerts, Blazer games & other shows (forms of entertainment). :D
*Making myself feel beautiful; inside & out (trying to eat healthy on a regular basis, exercise, tan, get my hair done, nails & toes done, etc.) =)
*Classes at the gym. (When I have the time & the energy anyway).
*The Zoo *Omsi *Ground Kontrol *Bowling *Camping *Riding Wave Runners & 4 wheelers *Hunting *Horse back riding *Watching movies *Cuddling *Sleeping *Etc.

I am interested in just about anything as long as it is INTERESTING, fun & not to dangerous! If I am comfortable with the idea, situation & trust who I am with, I will try just about anything! (I am high maintenance but not afraid to get dirty). :D

*Oh yeah! I am interested in MEN! MEN, MEN, MEN! I enjoy Men. Especially if the man has good hygiene, is respectful & positive for the most part. Confident BUT NOT ARROGANT. A man who is ambitious & that wants the best for me (& themselves for that matter). Men that compliment me & mean it. Men who are honest, dependable, funny, generous & caring. & that have a good heart. <3 (Like me). =]
